Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Harbor Web Studio's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Harbor Web Studio provides web design, development, SEO, copywriting, hosting, and maintenance services. All services are delivered via written agreement and paid through secure third-party processors like Stripe. We do not store payment information on our servers.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and final content. Delays in client response may extend project timelines.

4. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to begin most projects. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and approval. All payments are non-refundable after work has begun.

5. Revisions & Project Scope

Each package includes a set number of revisions. Additional changes outside the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $85/hour.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content. Harbor Web Studio retains the right to display the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Hosting & Maintenance

Hosting and maintenance plans are billed monthly or annually. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers or client modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

Harbor Web Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
